Landau Eugene Murphy Jr and Friends

His rags to riches story is intriguing, but when he begins to sing…..WOW! Landau Eugene Murphy, Jr. from Logan, West Virginia, was the winner of the 2011 “America’s Got Talent” by the biggest margin in the show’s history. His “Sinatra style” singing has earned him acclaim and respect throughout the nation. He will be accompanied by a jazz ensemble comprised of musicians from the tri-state area, and directed by Portsmouth’s own, Mark Smith!

But that’s not all! The evening will also include performances by Leonard, Coleman and Blunt: Glenn Leonard, former lead vocalist for the Temptations, Joe Coleman, lead singer with the Platters, and Joe Blunt, former lead singer of the Drifters.
