The Southern Ohio Performing Arts Association welcomes the Columbus Symphony Orchestra in a special season opening concert featuring the current Van Cliburn gold medalist winner, Alexander Kobrin, as well as the newly appointed CSO maestro, Junichi Hirokami. The concert features the Concerto No. 2 by Sergei Rachmaninoff. The maestro conducted the CSO in the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts as part of the 2005-2006 season prior to his appointment and we are honored by his return.
